A few weeks ago, the OEI organized a meeting on the green transition, in which Emilio Santiago Muiño, PhD in Anthropology and Senior Scientist at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), participated. At the OEI “Espacio Iberoamericano”, we spoke with him so he could explain the challenges that Ibero-America faces in this transition.
